Log in to your Manga Hub account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all volumes and collectibles are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
